• Deposits made through a third party will be reversed and the account will be subject to review.
• Mustplay charges no deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact Support.
• Mustplay is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number.

If mustplay detects suspicious payment activity, it reserves the right to suspend and review the transaction. This is part of our anti-money laundering measures.

The minimum withdrawal at mustplay is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, though verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Mustplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
• Providing false identity or inaccurate information.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

Members may also voluntarily request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be refunded; however, bonuses will not be returned.
